REFUND POLICY
At DustAway Experts, we strive to provide top-notch cleaning services to all our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following conditions: Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your cleaning service 24 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the cleaning service is scheduled will not be eligible for a refund. Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact us within 3 days of the service. We will arrange a re-cleaning or issue a partial refund based on the nature of the concern. Late Arrivals: If our cleaning team arrives more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, you are eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling of the service, depending on your preference.
